This existing 16-story, ~160K SF landmarked building is undergoing a renovation conversion from commercial to mixed use including 65 new high-end condominium units, new rooftop duplex and triplex units, amenities, office and retail spaces.
Near complete demolition of a historic 5-story, 20-ft wide townhouse and construction of a new classically inspired modern building with aesthetic façade improvements.
Woolly Mammoth in joint venture with The AM Group and Acram Group conceived the development of a new construction, Class A commercial building in the Strip District of Pittsburgh, PA.
